Book a Session

Below you'll find information about where appointments take place and what to expect when booking.

If you'd like to find out how we can work together, get in touch to arrange a free 15-minute introductory phone call. This is an opportunity to discuss your needs, ask any questions you may have, and explore whether Recovery Reset is the right fit for you.

If you're a new client, please email or call to book your first appointment. Wherever possible, we'll arrange a brief phone conversation before your initial session to ensure you feel informed and comfortable before getting started. There is no charge for this introductory call.

Your First Appointment

If this is your first appointment, please bring any completed registration forms with you, unless you've already returned them before your session.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important. Everything discussed during your sessions is treated as confidential.

The only exception is where there is a legal or ethical duty of care—for example, if there is reason to believe that you or someone else may be at serious risk of harm. In these circumstances, appropriate action may be taken to help keep everyone safe.

What to Wear

You will remain fully clothed throughout your treatment.

Please wear clean, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Some assessments and muscle testing may involve lying on the treatment couch or lifting your legs, so clothing that allows easy movement is recommended.

 

Leggings, yoga trousers, or other comfortable exercise clothing are ideal, as they provide flexibility and make assessment and treatment more comfortable.

Appointments

Initial appointments are 90 minutes long, allowing plenty of time for a thorough consultation, assessment, and your first treatment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, but if you arrive late, your session will still need to finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.

Payments & Cancellations

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

You may also be asked to provide details of your healthcare provider. We encourage you to keep your GP or other healthcare professionals informed of any ongoing health concerns where appropriate.
